Overview Targeted Victory is hiring interns to support our fast-paced business. We are looking for college students with an interest in Creative Work, Graphic Design, Public Affairs, Politics, Consumer Brands, and Social Media to join our dynamic team. TV interns will have access to top digital brands and opportunities to sit down with leading DC executives responsible for many of the nation’s most popular brands and services. Because of the many areas of specialized work at Targeted Victory, team leads will tailor many of the work assignments to the current and future professional interests of interns. Applicants must be able to work in person at our Arlington, VA office.
Requirements
- People who want to learn the ins and outs of digital platforms and push the boundaries of what’s possible on established and new digital platforms
- Strategic thinkers who see design as a series of problems they can’t wait to solve
- Experience with the Adobe suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator and strong design fundamentals
- Graphic Design artists who love working with others in a collaborative team environment
- Curious minds who never want to stop growing and are open to working with political environments
- Creatives who want to work in a fast-paced, streamlined environment where speed is essential to our client's success
Responsibilities
- Create and modify graphics for multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Collaborate well with other designers and cross-functional digital strategists
- Able to create original content while adhering to creative best practices
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn about graphics in the digital environment
- Ensure branding/consistency for clients
