About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on, highly creative Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across print, digital, and on-site experiences. This is an in-house role where you’ll own execution, collaborate closely with marketing partners, and see your work show up everywhere—from car wash sites and campaigns to digital ads, memberships, employee initiatives, and more. If you love turning ideas into visuals, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want your designs to actually matter, this role is for you. This isn’t a siloed production role. You’ll be embedded in the business, working across multiple teams and touchpoints, with the opportunity to shape how the brand shows up in the real world—on-site, online, and everywhere in between. Your work will be visible, impactful, and constantly evolving as the brand grows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience (in-house or agency)
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere)
  • Strong video editing and motion graphics capability
  • Experience working with WordPress templates
  • Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
  • Comfortable working on Mac and PC
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
  • Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
  • A strong communicator and collaborative partner
  • Adaptable, curious, and always learning
  • Analytical enough to think through UX and user experience—not just aesthetics
  • A resume and a compelling portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work (digital, print, motion, branding) are required to be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Concept, design, and execute creative across print and digital channels
  • Bring seasonal promotions, brand moments, and campaigns to life
  • Design assets including: On-site merchandising & field marketing materials
  • Digital ads, email and website assets (front-end), POS UX, sales collateral, events, apparel, video, photography, and more
  • Create dynamic content such as GIFs, carousel ads, videos, animations, and motion graphics
  • Execute from creative briefs—or turn rough ideas into polished designs
  • Work within and help evolve established brand guidelines
  • Maintain clean, organized files, templates, and brand asset libraries
  • Support additional creative needs including HR, employee branding, Learning & Development, and internal initiatives
  • Stay current on design trends, UX/UI, typography, digital marketing, and emerging creative tools
  • Leverage AI-powered design and asset generation tools to enhance efficiency and creativity
