About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graphic Design Summer Intern to support our Marketing team during the summer. This role offers hands-on experience working on real-world retail, packaging, and sales materials, with the opportunity to leave behind tangible, portfolio-ready deliverables.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable working across multiple projects, taking feedback, and supporting both marketing and sales initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with print layouts, POS, and retail materials
• Comfortable designing graphics for email marketing (Mailchimp)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to accept feedback quickly

Nice To Haves

• Experience cleaning up and formatting Excel or Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of print production
• Familiarity with working within brand guidelines

Responsibilities

• Design retail “Pit Stop” materials and point-of-sale (POS) assets
• Create 1–2 Mailchimp-ready email graphics per month
• Redesign and standardize POS sheets across all commodities
• Create AI-generated imagery for packaging
• Develop clean, easy-to-use sales tools
• Update, organize, and improve Excel-based sales sheets
• Assist with file organization and template creation
• Support ongoing retail and marketing design needs
