About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 05 The Team: We are a central data and reporting function that gathers all organizational data spanning from financials to inventory. This unique position allows our team to innovate and build data products and solutions for internal stakeholders, including applying AI and Machine Learning to our comprehensive datasets. Responsibilities and Impact: Collaborate with senior data scientists to develop and implement machine learning models for financial and operational data analysis Support the creation of automated reporting solutions and data visualizations for internal stakeholders across various business units Assist in data collection, cleaning, and pre-processing activities to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis and modelling Participate in exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decision-making Contribute to the development of data products and solutions that enhance organizational efficiency and strategic planning Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to senior leadership and key decisionmakers What We're Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative field Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and manipulation Understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning fundamentals including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, or similar platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences Additional Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for data processing and analytics Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries including scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools Knowledge of financial data analysis or experience working with enterprise-level datasets Previous internship or project experience in data science, analytics, or related field Right to Work Requirements: This role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
