RGA seeks a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Client Experience team for Summer 2026. This intern will support client experience strategy, regional initiatives, and major event programming. In alignment with broader Client Marketing and regional strategies, this individual will assist with planning, coordination, and execution of key experience engagements while collaborating with cross-functional partners. What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience supporting high-visibility client events and strategic experience initiatives. Opportunities to collaborate across Marketing, Regional Leadership, Events, and Experience Design teams. Exposure to research, event planning, branding, and client‑centric strategy. Development of communication, project management, and creative skills essential for early career success.

Requirements

  • Actively enrolled and making progress toward a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism & Mass Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in the hospitality and client experience space.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to brainstorm ideas, contribute concepts, and support storytelling.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
  • Familiarity with design or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, logistics, coordination, and day‑of execution for client-focused events and experiences. (Events may include hospitality partnerships such as the BMW Championship.)
  • Contribute to the organization of meetings and summits, including logistics, material preparation, and on-site support.
  • Research sports events, premium hospitality options, and VIP experiences in key markets to inform client engagement strategies.
  • Identify events, venues, and activities in major client cities to support personalized and high-impact experiences.
  • Support development of insights, recommendations, and materials for broader client experience initiatives.
  • Help maintain organized project documentation, timelines, and experience calendars.
  • Collaborate with team members across Client Experience, Marketing, Events, and Regional teams to support shared goals.
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project reviews by contributing ideas, creativity, and thoughtful input.
