You'll work directly with our Agentic Platform team to advance the tools and workflows that enable one Product Manager to orchestrate multiple AI agents, compressing traditional 12-16 week development cycles into 2-5 days. Requirements

  • Experience with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, etc.)
  • Familiarity with modern development tools and workflows
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle concepts
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C#, or similar)
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization
  • Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or related field
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C#, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of AI/LLM concepts and applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

Responsibilities

  • Advance the Agentic Platform Infrastructure
  • Enhance AI skill frameworks that generate production-ready specifications
  • Develop tooling for automated diagram generation and visual validation
  • Build monitoring and analytics systems for tracking AI agent performance
  • Create developer experience tools for AI-augmented workflows
  • Optimize Spec-Driven Development Workflows
  • Implement improvements to the 12-step SDD process
  • Build automation for PRFAQ/scope generation
  • Develop quality gates and validation frameworks
  • Create templates and patterns for common development scenarios
  • Enable Navy Seal Pod Operations
  • Design systems that support 1 PM managing multiple AI agents
  • Build collaboration tools for PM-Agent-Engineer workflows
  • Develop metrics dashboards for real-time productivity tracking
  • Create onboarding and training materials for new adopters
  • Measure and Optimize Productivity Gains
  • Instrument workflows to capture time-to-completion data
  • Build analytics to track spec-to-code conversion efficiency
  • Analyze revision cycle patterns and bottlenecks
  • Generate reports proving ROI and productivity gains
