Conference and Event Services (CES) at Princeton University serves as a centralized resource for planning academic year and summer conferences, meetings, and events. CES provides guidance on event-related policies, compliance, and space scheduling support, committed to exceptional customer service and cultivating sustainable relationships with internal and external clients. CES acts as a liaison for external, not-for-profit organizations renting University facilities and oversees Princeton University’s summer program, which includes over 100 programs and events for internal and external customers like conferences, enrichment programs, workshops, and meetings. The Summer Event Associates support this summer operation under the guidance of full-time CES staff, reporting to the Program and Event Manager. They assist program administrators with event planning and execution to ensure successful outcomes, serving as front-line support and the face of Princeton University to summer guests. This temporary position offers an hourly rate of $18.92, along with on-campus housing and a meal plan, providing valuable experience in event management, project management, and customer service.
