This position is based in the following office location: Manchester, NH The opportunity The Summer Conference Staff position is a great opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in customer service, hospitality, and event operations while living and working on campus. During the summer months, Conference and Event Services hosts multiple groups, including academic programs, youth camps, religious organizations, corporate conferences, and day events. You will help create a welcoming, safe, and well-organized experience for all guests staying in our campus residence halls and apartments. You will work with our Summer Programs Manager and professional staff, balancing office tasks, guest services, event support, and live-in responsibilities. This is a part-time summer assignment running from Monday, May 11, 2026 through approximately Friday, August 21, 2026. The position requires flexibility, including evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, and includes free on-campus housing. You will be located onsite at our Manchester, NH campus and will report to our Sr. Director of Conference Services.
