About The Position

LLE Group is looking for loving, hardworking and enthusiastic camp counselors for our amazing summer programs! As a Summer Camp Teacher, you will be an active participant in all camp activities and will assist your Center Director with a variety of daily tasks, all with the goal of creating a memorable and meaningful camp experience for your campers. Our staff interact with our campers throughout the entire day, helping them make friends, try new things, and generally caring for their well-being.

Responsibilities

Create and lead activities based on your observations of the children's interests and needs
Communicate daily with parents
Document and share the important milestones in their child's day
Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines
Attend training sessions, pass content assessment, and deliver designated instructional models and strategies in readiness, reading, mathematics, and/or writing skills to eligible students through utilization of Company materials and educational strategies
Develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans
Ensure supervision of students at all times, including escorting students safely to and from the classroom or to mobile/trailer classroom
Establish and maintain student forms and files as required by the Company, local, state, and/or federal agencies
Maintains inventory of educational materials and supplies
Other duties as assigned
