About The Position

Stifel’s 9-week Equity Research Summer Internship Program provides undergraduates with a hands-on introduction to the role of a Research Associate. Interns will work alongside research professionals, from the Associate through the Managing Director level, gaining exposure to a variety of investment research methods. Summer Interns will have significant learning opportunities on day-to-day projects and gain exposure to the firm and industry as a whole, working on multiple projects simultaneously with primary responsibilities including research and analysis for their respective industry group coverage.

Requirements

Outstanding academic records
Demonstrated strong leadership ability through involvement in extracurricular endeavors such as student government, athletics, and cultural and entrepreneurial activities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous project deadlines
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Exposure to finance and accounting
Ability to work in teams
Highly-motivated and energetic
Demonstrated interest in finance
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future
Minimum GPA of 3.5
An anticipated graduation date between December 2027 - May 2028
Eligible to start on June 1, 2027
