Position Summary The Social Media Intern will support AMN Healthcare’s enterprise and talent-focused social media efforts. This role provides hands-on experience in social media strategy, content creation, short-form video, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, with exposure to both B2C and B2B social media marketing within the healthcare industry.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 0–2 years of related experience
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program
  • Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • Interest in trends, social platforms, and audience engagement
  • Curiosity, initiative, and eagerness to learn

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred majors: Marketing, Communications, or related fields

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with enterprise and candidate-focused social media strategies
  • Supporting employee advocacy program initiatives and content distribution
  • Creating graphics and social media posts using Canva
  • Collaborating with the team to develop, film, and produce short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok
  • Supporting content publishing and coordination across platforms
  • Analyzing social media performance across candidate and client divisions
  • Using analytics and insights to inform content and optimization decisions
