The Social Media Intern will support AMN Healthcare’s enterprise and talent-focused social media efforts. This role provides hands-on experience in social media strategy, content creation, short-form video, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, with exposure to both B2C and B2B social media marketing within the healthcare industry.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0–2 years of related experience
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program
- Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Interest in trends, social platforms, and audience engagement
- Curiosity, initiative, and eagerness to learn
Nice To Haves
- Preferred majors: Marketing, Communications, or related fields
Responsibilities
- Assisting with enterprise and candidate-focused social media strategies
- Supporting employee advocacy program initiatives and content distribution
- Creating graphics and social media posts using Canva
- Collaborating with the team to develop, film, and produce short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok
- Supporting content publishing and coordination across platforms
- Analyzing social media performance across candidate and client divisions
- Using analytics and insights to inform content and optimization decisions
