About The Position

Our Summer Associate Program is designed to provide first and second-year law students with hands-on experience in high-stakes family law matters , including divorce, custody, legitimation, and post-judgment litigation. This program serves as a pipeline for future associate attorneys within our firm.

• Excellent speaking, debate, and presentation skills
• Interest in litigation and family law
• Ability to handle sensitive client matters with professionalism
• Strong technology and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda
• Drafting complaints for divorce
• Writing Motions and briefs
• Conducting and analyzing discovery
• Meeting with clients and drafting Financial affidavits
• Hearings, Mediations, and Client consultations
• Participate in case strategy meetings
• Support trial preparation
