As a Rotational Staff, you will: As a Rotational Staff at Cherry Bekaert, you will cycle through Tax, Assurance, and Consulting services before choosing which line you want to continue a career in. Demonstrate behaviors such as teamwork, knowledge sharing and maintaining relationships. Complete assigned projects in a timely manner and keep supervisors apprised of job status. Prepare tax returns for pass-through entities, C-corporations, trusts, and high-net worth individuals. Complete assigned projects in a timely manner and keep supervisors apprised of job status. Demonstrate an understanding of professional standards and the importance of regulatory responsibilities. Ability to apply basic areas of GAAP and GAAS, as necessary, and to research technical issues that arise during the course of assurance engagements. Develops a thorough understanding of all technical areas within the line of service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Masters preferred
• CPA certified or the eligibility to work toward obtaining a CPA license
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above preferred, but not required
• Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software programs
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed, including frequent same-day travel and occasional out-of-town travel
• Ability to work moderate overtime throughout the year with heavier overtime required during certain business cycles
