About The Position

Program Overview The Finance Rotational Program is a three-year immersive experience designed for recent graduates of undergraduate and MBA programs in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Participants will rotate through three distinct functional areas, gaining exposure to the breadth of Corporate Finance and Accounting. Rotational Experience Complete three one-year rotations across key Finance functions such as: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Tax Internal Audit Business Unit Finance Treasury Technical Accounting SEC Reporting Revenue Accounting Rotations are determined by business needs and available opportunities; specific placements are not guaranteed. End-of-Program Placement Participants may be offered full-time, permanent roles prior to completing the program based on performance and organizational needs. Those not placed early will be formally reviewed at the end of the third year for potential permanent placement within the Finance organization. Final placement is not guaranteed. This position is part of our Early Career program at WD. Our Early Career program is designed to support individuals beginning their professional career by providing the foundational training through a structured onboarding, mentorship, and development curriculum.

Requirements

  • Currently or recent Bachelor’s or MBA degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Graduation between December 2025 and June 2026.
  • Right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship (e.g., H-1B).
  • Available to work full-time on a collaborative/hybrid schedule starting July or August 2026.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior internship(s) in a corporate environment; 3–5 years of industry experience is a plus for MBA candidates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PowerBI or Tableau is a plus.
