POSITION TITLE: Summer 2026 Intern - Business Process, Global Business Growth and Automation LOCATION: NYC office 12-week Summer Internship, between May - September 2026 DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION: As part of the Global Business Growth & Automation (GBGA) team, we are at the forefront of innovation within Salesforce. We partner with our internal product, business technology, sales, and revenue teams to deliver cutting-edge tools and platforms for Salesforce employees. We are an agent-first organization, using our own technology to augment our workforce with autonomous agents. We work deeply within the Salesforce platform to ensure that we are Customer Zero, making the most of the Salesforce platform by rapidly launching new features to our employee base as they are released. TEAM DESCRIPTION: Join a high-impact team dedicated to revolutionizing the Seller Experience. We represent the "Sales Lens" on major technical projects, ensuring that the technology we deliver actually owns and simplifies the process for our Sales teams. We bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution, partnering with Digital Enterprise Technology (DET) teams to build the future of Opportunity Management and Forecasting. A successful candidate will have a relentless curiosity and a passion for creating innovative analysis, and the flexibility to identify and execute on opportunities. An ideal candidate will also be comfortable working with technical stakeholders, must be a team player, able to manage multiple priorities, and deal with ambiguity.
