About The Position

Human Resources · Serve as backup HRIS administrator, making updates to staff profiles as requested by the Manager of People and Administration · Create and launch employee satisfaction surveys · Participate in committee initiatives as needed · Provide support to the Office Coordinator for employee tracking as needed · Other duties as assigned Accounting Accounts Payable Filing Special Projects Gather all information to set ACH payments up through the banking system currently in place. Work with existing and new vendors for terms concerning payments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in progress (accounting, finance, business, human resources, or nonprofit management preferred)
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with program participants, parents/guardians, and professionals
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to display good judgement and professional behavior
  • Regular, punctual attendance and attention to all responsibilities
  • Confidentiality in dealing with participant and organizational information
  • Ability to follow directions, guidelines, and policies/procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant technology (Google Docs, Canva, and Adobe)
  • ability to operate phones, computers, and other office equipment, and the physical ability to perform light lifting
  • ability to perform light lifting
