Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Engineering Management, Data Analytics, or Information Systems

Responsibilities

Support process documentation and mapping for transformation initiatives.
Assist with developing project management tools and dashboards.
Prepare presentations, communication materials, and training content for leadership and cross-functional teams.
Contribute to AI enablement efforts by testing use cases, documenting outcomes, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer and employee experience.
Conduct research and benchmarking on best practices for business transformation and technology enablement.
Analyze data (e.g., vendor/customer master, workflow metrics) and provide insights to support decision-making.
