About The Position

The Suites & Picnic Supervisor will oversee ALL service aspects of the Premium Suites, Dugout Suites and picnic areas. This includes staffing, scheduling as well as assisting our Suites guests with ordering food & beverage. This position will work closely with the Executive Chef to communicate food orders, special requests and maintaining product specifications and safe service / food handeling proceedures. The Suites and Picnic Supervisor will also be responsible for monitoring the operational standards on game day in both the Suites and picnic areas, maintaining communications with our customers before, during and after the game and communicate any issues or concerns to the Generagl Manager. The position demands availability on weekends, holidays, evenings and a minimum of 4 hours Tuesday through Friday on Non-Game Days and up to 9 hours Tuesday through Sunday on Game Weeks. Reports directly to the General Manager

Requirements

  • Concierge / Host- hostess and food service experience.
  • Sales and Guest service experience.
  • Friendly, people & service oriented disposition on the phone and in person.
  • Must be well versed in MicroSoft programs such as Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Able to grasp, learn and execute multiple web-based programs for ordering, point of sales and communications.
  • Must be have the stamina to be "on the job", moving and assisting staff for up to 8 hours during Games.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and have RAMP Certification.

Nice To Haves

  • Serve Safe Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Staffing and scheduling Suites attendants, Picnic servers as well as assisting our Suites guests with ordering food & beverage.
  • Work closely with the Senators Sales Staff to ensure proper scheduling of services, ordering of food, Guest Counts for both picnics and Suites as well as supporting them with Sales, service and Food / Benerage questions.
  • Partner with the OVG Executive Chef to communicate food orders (both pre-orers (24 hours in advance) and Game Day orders) special requests and maintaining product specifications and safe service / food handeling proceedures.
  • Responsible for monitoring the operational standards on game day in both the Suites and picnic areas, maintaining communications with our customers before, during and after the game and communicate any issues or concerns to the Generagl Manager.
  • Any other reasonable requests as assigned by the General Manager.
