Premium Suites Supervisor
About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented food and beverage Suites Supervisor to join our Premium Suites team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operations of a premium food and beverage department and will perform a variety of duties while providing a pleasant guest experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manages premium food and beverage operations, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours. Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs. Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing. Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment. Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Highschool Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of (1) year of supervisory experience.
- Minimum (1) year of Food and Beverage, Stadium/Arena, Hotel/ Hospitality, Club or Full-Service Restaurant experience.
- Valid TABC or state-approved Alcohol/Liquor certification.
- Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification.
- Excellent customer service, organization, and time management.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to remain focused in a loud and busy environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
