About The Position

The Suites Coordinator is responsible for assisting management with duties including, but not limited to, facilitating suite sales, maintaining client relations, monitoring accounts receiveable, and day to day operations. The Suites Coordinator will be required to work well with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. Essential functions and responsibilites of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.Compensation DataCOMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $21.00 to $25.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. Requirements

  • Prior administrative experience required. Sports and Entertainment or high-end hospitality experience preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Canva, POS Systems (Tapin2 preferred)
  • Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for performing administrative functions; monitoring emails and voicemails to ensure customer response within 24 hours, updating online menus, keeping POS system up to date.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and update suite information as needed.
  • Understand suite operations (menu, POS systems, ordering process) to ensure owners and clients are communicated with accurate and timely information.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, invoice management, and accounts receivable.
  • Input all orders received from clients no later than 24 hours. Ensuring payment is collected at the time of submission.
  • Communicate with Culinary and Suites Management of any special requests, allergy information, or anything outside daily operations
  • On gamedays, acting as a Suites Operational Supervisor; answering staff questions, welcoming clients, and assisting with game day operations.
