As well, working weekends and evenings. The Suite Attendant is responsible to provide courteous and efficient service to guests in accordance with D’Amico Hospitality standards and in compliance with Company policies and the laws regarding alcohol service. The suite attendant will verify identification and age of customers, before presenting any alcohol in the suites. The position will work in such a way as to project D’Amico Hospitality as a leader in its concept of guest satisfaction and public acclaim. This position is the direct contact and face of D’Amico with clients, namely the bridal party and bridal party family.

Requirements

Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to all staff and guests, most of whom speak English.
Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
Must have manual hand and finger dexterity for working as a Server.
Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to twelve hours in length.
Must be able to bend, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular and continuing basis.
Must have the ability to consistently arrive at work for all scheduled shifts as assigned.
Must have flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

Create an outstanding customer service experience for each guest.
Set up, tear down and maintenance of Bridal Suite, Grooms Suite and Bar area, based on directions from manager and as described in stencil pack including times, room sets and client expectations.
Accurately transport food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
Perform the necessary tasks to service guests including taking and filling drink orders, providing refills, answering questions, and clearing dirty dishes.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and fellow associates.
Monitor guest needs on a continual basis ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled, handle any guest complaints.
Performs other duties as assigned.
