As Clinical Supervisor, you’ll partner closely with the Clinical Director to support therapists, uphold strong clinical standards, and shape high-quality care for individuals navigating substance use and mental health challenges.

You’ll provide supervision, review documentation, support staff development, and step in clinically when needed - all while helping foster a supportive, collaborative team culture.

Requirements

• Fully licensed clinician (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD)
• Supervisory or leadership experience in behavioral health
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organization
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, 12-step, etc.)
• Commitment to ethical care, confidentiality, and professional boundaries

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and daily leadership support
• Review and co-sign documentation for provisionally licensed staff
• Support treatment planning, discharge coordination, and crisis response
• Manage clinical schedules, group coverage, and caseload balance
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage
• Provide individual or group therapy as needed
• Coach, mentor, and support clinician growth
• Ensure compliance, quality care, and ethical practice
