POSITION PURPOSE: The SUD Supervisor works closely with the Senior Manager to maximize clinical productivity, financial performance, and customer service, along with a team of fellow supervisors. Assumes administrative responsibility for the department including staffing, business planning, and ongoing financial and operational analysis. Responsible for finance, human resources, business planning and development, as well as client and staff satisfaction. Implements Pittsburgh Mercy’s policies and procedures. Ensures departmental procedures and goals are met. These functions are performed in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations on federal, state, and local levels, as well as Pittsburgh Mercy’s philosophy, policies, procedures, and standards. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Adult Outpatient program along with a team of other practice administrators, by ensuring the productivity and key performance indicators of the unit are consistently met. Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate performance of employees. Ensure compliance with all programmatic and organizational policies and procedures, as well as regulatory policies and State licensing requirements. Engage in communication and collaboration with community partners and internal/external stakeholders. Other duties as assigned
