Requirements
- A genuine love for working with children
- Flexibility, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
- Experience in childcare, education, or related fields (preferred but not required)
Responsibilities
- Step into classrooms to support Lead and Assistant Guides
- Encourage independence, curiosity, and joy in every child
- Assist with preparing and maintaining the learning environment
