We are currently seeking a Substitute Support Specialist to provide additional support to our Operations team and partnered K-12 Oregon school districts. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Direct and control the fulfillment of substitute teacher and paraprofessional assignments across our partnered school districts across Oregon.
Serve as a liaison between school district administration and ESS staff, delivering excellent customer service and timely responses to emails, calls, and in-person inquiries.
Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records.
Regular attendance in-office is required.
Other duties as assigned by Manager.
