Under direct supervision, the Substitute Custodian performs routine cleaning and other related tasks in Elementary, Middle and High schools, and/or other district-owned facilities. The individual performs heavy lifting and moving of furniture. The Substitute Custodian works under the direction of the Facilities Supervisor. We are very interested in substitutes who would like to work in multiple departments. Requirements

• Knowledge of modern cleaning methods
• Knowledge and ability to use and care for cleaning materials and equipment
• Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate in a positive manner
• Must be in good physical condition
• Ability to lift 50lbs and work outdoors in variable weather conditions

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities
