Role Description: The Subscriber Management Team Lead supervises and guides a small team in the management of subscriber networks and related operations. The position requires the ability to rapidly adapt to change, coach team members, and support leadership in completing mission objectives. The role demands technical proficiency, strong communication skills, and the ability to convey technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of understanding. The Team Lead is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and effective coordination of team activities.

Requirements

Clearance Level: Secret
Must meet applicable DoD 8570 and DoD 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification requirements.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or a minimum of three years of equivalent work experience
Position may require up to 20% travel

Technical foundation with the ability to understand basic computer processes and networks
Highly developed oral and written communication skills

Strong understanding of common enterprise technologies

Project Management experience

Nice To Haves

Experience using help desk ticketing systems (e.g., MHS ServiceNow, Jira) and web-based collaboration platforms (MS Teams, Confluence, SharePoint)
Proficiency with desktop programs (Adobe Acrobat, MS Excel, MS Word)
Familiarity with Host-Based Tools
Basic knowledge of networking, IP management, and sub-netting
Basic knowledge of commercial cloud service providers
Ability to navigate monitoring tools and interfaces (e.g., Splunk, Trellix ePolicy Orchestrator)
Experience managing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a small team of up to 9 members in a dynamic environment
Participate in meetings with, brief, and work collaboratively with senior leadership and other teams to complete mission objectives
Comprehend Subscriber Onboarding and Compliance, Integration Migration Schedule, and Medical Enclave Migration Schedule
Convey technical concepts to audiences with varying technical understanding
Solve problems independently or with minimal assistance
Evaluate deficiencies and obstacles to achieving the organizations mission
Manage system access requests and provide updates to leadership
Deliver exceptional customer support and maintain SOP administration
Monitor tools and interfaces as part of operational responsibilities
Maintain strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective verbal and written communication
