About The Position

Fleet Response is seeking qualified candidates to work virtually or at our corporate office, for the following position: Subrogation Support Specialist. The Subrogation Support Specialist is responsible for gathering the supports necessary to complete a subrogation demand and reporting to responsible parties.

Requirements

Requires a High School Diploma, GED or similar educational background.
Strong interpersonal skills to ensure excellent internal and external customer service.
Strong investigative and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal skills.

Nice To Haves

Minimum 1 to 2 years of Claims Handling experience or similar professional role preferred.
Strong ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Highly motivated, strong initiative, self-starter with team focus.
Demonstrates dependability, punctuality, and excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

Initiates claim set up with responsible parties.
Obtains necessary supports to accurately document the requested recovery amounts.
Complies with departmental policies on recovery process and follows client directives in accordance with state laws.
Meets or exceeds both individual and team recovery performance metrics.
Other duties as assigned
