About The Position

E-logic seeks a Subject-Matter Expert (SME) in Software QA Testing to provide technical leadership and expert domain knowledge for the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), Human Resources Directorate (HRD) IT Support Services contract. This is a high-level role responsible for establishing the overall QA goals and plans for the entire program.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15+ years of specialized experience in software quality assurance for complex enterprise systems, preferably within a government context.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree in a technical field (preferred) or equivalent combination of formal education, training, and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and management leadership on major, complex QA tasks and technology assignments.
• Establish strategic QA goals, plans, and testing methodologies that meet program objectives.
• Possess deep domain and expert technical knowledge of enterprise-level HR/Payroll systems and federal testing requirements.
• Direct and control all QA activities, ensuring technical requirements are met and compliance is maintained.
