About The Position

The SharePoint SME will provide expert-level knowledge, guidance, and hands-on support for SharePoint environments in support of the government agency. This role ensures optimal design, configuration, customization, and governance of SharePoint solutions to meet operational and strategic needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of SharePoint administration, development, or consulting experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2019/2016, and Office 365 integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and optimization of SharePoint solutions.
  • Advise on best practices for SharePoint configuration, workflows, and governance policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex SharePoint-related issues.
  • Provide training and mentoring to agency and E-Logic team members.
  • Collaborate with developers to integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and performance standards are met.
