This position is a Subcontract Management (SM) Sr. for the Mission Integrated Command and Control (MIC2) – Line of Business, and Multi-Domain Combat Solutions (MDCS) Market Segment. Requirements

Previous Supply Chain experience
US DoD industry experience
Ability to obtain a security clearance

Nice To Haves

Working understanding of FAR/DFAR requirements and/or LMAP (Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures)
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
Strong Project/Program management experience and ability to execute complex project which may require customer engagement.
Experience with Cost Plus and Time & Material (T&M) contracts
Proven negotiation skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to meet program/customer needs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where adapting to change quickly is essential
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
Proven, exceptional strategic communication skills, both written, verbal, and presentation, to effectively communicate business cases to all levels of peers, suppliers, as well as program and executive management, with an ability to persuade and motivate action
Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include managing our major subcontractors and engineering service subcontractors while reporting performance in Performance Measurements Manager (PMM) monthly.
Supporting proposal activities, lead internal/external audits with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), and clear, and provide timely status updates to Program Management, senior leadership, and external partners, ensuring alignment on schedule, cost, and technical deliverables.
