About The Position

You will be the Subcontract Management Senior for the GMLRS Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for facilitating the procurement cycle from beginning to end, ensuring timely delivery of quality products to our customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Requirements

  • Supply Chain, logistics, or project management experience.
  • Must be proficient Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Must have the ability to obtain a secret clearance.
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel to support supplier meeting and milestone events
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of SAP and/or LMP2P Business Systems
  • Cross-functional knowledge of Supplier Quality and Engineering, as they relate to subcontract management
  • Previous development effort knowledge
  • Ability to create and present using Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to interact with senior management, suppliers and other external personnel on significant matters, often requiring coordination between functional organizations

Responsibilities

  • Administering and managing development major subcontracts from proposal through execution and close out
  • Collaborating with the supply chain operations team to generate RFP packages, analyze subcontractor proposals, and negotiate price and terms
  • Coordinating subcontractor invoicing and monitoring performance against contract requirements
  • Working with Finance on baselining and sales forecasting activities
