Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a Summer 2026 Subcontract Administrator Intern. The Subcontract Administrator (SCA) Intern will assist mid and senior level SCAs to support supply chain activities for maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services of aircraft components and accessories. In this role, you will: • Providing SCA support, including pre- and post-award activities associated with aircraft parts, consumables, and MRO services. • Conducting sourcing efforts through the identification of supplier sources, initiating solicitation packages and requests for quotations, and entering supplier quotation details into the ERP system. • Work as part of a team and use effective communication in daily interactions with internal and external clients. • Maintain compliance with established procedures. The successful candidate must be able to manage and prioritize multiple assignments, and work under strict deadlines, have strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrates ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Must be a US Citizen.

Requirements

  • The Subcontract Administrator Intern will be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Program Management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in the use of computer systems and experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple assignments, and work under strict deadlines, have strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrates ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of supply chain management or procurement principles.
  • Experience working in ERP systems.
  • Foster relationships with and effectively collaborate with various team members and other departments to meet customer objectives.
