Join us in our exciting quest to build the future home! We are now looking for a Sub-channel Manager Marketplaces to join our central ECommerce team in Europe. This team plays a critical role in identifying, developing, and scaling new commercial opportunities that drive profitable growth for Electrolux. In this role, you will take commercial ownership of our 3P Marketplace operations across selected key markets in Business Area Europe. Your mission is to grow online sales across all product categories while ensuring best-in-class marketplace performance and execution. You will report to the Head of Sales Execution & Support Europe and collaborate closely with both central and local e-commerce teams to deliver strong, sustainable results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of commercial experience working with D2C e‑commerce and 3P marketplaces.
  • Solid operational experience managing sales in 3P marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or similar platforms.
  • Strong ability to identify and interpret key drivers of digital sales and marketplace performance.
  • Good technical understanding of e‑commerce systems, tools and integrations.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Consumer‑ and business‑minded. You combine strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of consumer needs, ensuring every action adds value to the overall experience.

Responsibilities

  • Shape Electrolux’s marketplace strategy: Monitor and analyze 3P marketplaces, assess strategic fit, understand local landscapes, and support the selection, onboarding, and rollout of new partners such as Amazon and eBay.
  • Drive operational excellence: Refine central marketplace guidelines, establish effective ways of working between central and local teams, and share best practices to elevate our operational maturity.
  • Boost daily commercial performance: Support Central Online Sales Managers and local D2C teams with content improvements, commercial activation, and range management—primarily for marketplaces but also for our own D2C channels when relevant.
  • Own marketplace growth initiatives: Suggest and lead the commercial agenda for 3P marketplaces together with local D2C leaders, using insights on traffic, behaviour, and key metrics to optimize performance and maximize conversion.
  • Deliver insights and actions: Provide weekly and monthly reporting, analyse campaigns and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions that drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally: Work with sales, marketing, category management, supply chain, product line, and IT to ensure seamless execution and maximize sales impact.
  • Improve technical and operational capabilities: Gather and document requirements (Change Requests) for technical and integration improvements and partner with our continuous improvement team to implement them.
  • Champion the D2C e‑commerce strategy: Actively reinforce and support the execution of our strategy across markets.
