We are now hiring a Studio Operations & Client Experience Specialist — a mission-critical, client-facing hybrid role that supports daily studio operations while assisting with one-on-one training sessions as needed. This is not a passive front-desk job. This is a key operational role that keeps the studio running smoothly and sets the tone the moment a client walks through our doors. Requirements

  • Strong computer literacy and comfort with scheduling and office software
  • Professional communication skills — in person, on the phone, and via email
  • A Stewardship Mindset — empathy, ownership, and pride in serving clients
  • A Growth Mindset — coachable, solution-oriented, and always improving
  • Impeccable organization and attention to detail
  • Strong time management with minimal supervision
  • CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • A positive, energetic personality — we cannot teach enthusiasm
