About The Position

Who you are You are a proactive, experienced sales lead with a passion for people. You know how to deliver best in class client experiences and support our team of studio operations team members and instructors in delivering the same. In this role, you are a key member of our leadership team. The Studio Manager works with the Director of Company Owned Studios to grow attendance and manage studio systems and teams. You're responsible for ensuring strong client relations while maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming studio atmosphere. The manager will assist the Director of Company Owned Studios in implementing studio policies and procedures. The primary focuses are to manage and drive studio sales, membership and attendance, cultivate and lead a strong team and community, and maintain a best in class experience and quality control, all while executing tight cost controls. Requirements

  • Previous management and sales experience, 2+ years preferred.
  • Experience with Mariana Tek preferred.
  • Passionate about fitness and wellness and barre3.
  • Prior people management experience.
  • Ability to lead by example in prioritization of tasks and building excellent client relationships.
  • Must possess excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must demonstrate initiative, self-motivation, adaptability, and flexibility.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, attention to detail, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive two revenue streams: class revenue and retail revenue.
  • Utilize the sales process to sell membership and implement it with other employees.
  • Oversee studio schedule.
  • Support instructors and operations team in executing studio best practices.
  • Partners with Director of Company Owned Studios to meet the studio’s KPI’s
  • Lead, develop, and inspire the barre3 studio team and community
  • Supervise instructor, studio operations team, and maintenance scheduling strategy, implementation, and subbing.
  • Work with the Company Owned Studio Systems Manager and Human Resource Manager for all new hire paperwork when needed.
  • Work with Studio Director for all recruitment and hiring needs.
  • Onboard and train Operations Staff.
  • Upsell and convert new and current clients to membership by utilizing the barre3 sales process.
  • Utilize the barre3 sales process to hit monthly sales goals.
  • Actively work towards hitting studio KPIs in partnership with Director.
  • Maintains, refreshes, and merchandise retail displays regularly.
  • Stays up to date with best in class customer service mentality and provides recommendations for cleaning, maintenance, sales, and client experience in order to maintain best-in-class experience.
  • Execute strong communication skills and a professional presence to staff and clients
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming studio environment as stated in the daily shift checklist.
  • Supports training of visiting franchise owners on an as-needed basis.
  • Independently make decisions related to high level customer service.
  • Enforce barre3 Policy + Procedures.
  • Work a minimum of 30 hours a week on-site, evenings and weekends required based on the needs of the business.
