The Operations staff are responsible for two main roles, Front Desk and Support Staff. The Ops Team is responsible for ensuring strong client relations while maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming studio atmosphere; with a strong focus on sales, memberships, and leading by example. The Ops Team will assist the Studio Manager in daily tasks that meet the guidelines set forth in the Policy and Procedure Manual for studio maintenance.
