About The Position

A fast-growing boutique fitness studio in Reno is seeking an experienced Studio Manager / General Manager to lead team development, drive membership sales, and scale recurring revenue. This is a performance-based leadership role. We are looking for someone who knows how to build teams, grow memberships, and own studio KPIs. If you have successfully grown revenue, led sales teams, and thrive in an accountability-driven environment — this may be the opportunity for you. We are not looking for someone to “manage the desk.” We are looking for someone to build, lead, and grow.

Requirements

  • 2+ years as a Studio Manager, General Manager, Fitness Manager, or Sales Manager
  • Proven success increasing memberships or recurring revenue
  • Experience leading and developing a team
  • Strong sales leadership and closing ability
  • Comfortable being measured on revenue and performance metrics

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in boutique fitness, gym management, retail management, or service-based sales preferred.
