Requirements

  • Experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager
  • Excellent leadership skills, ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations run smoothly
  • Proficient in creation and implementation of policies and procedures
  • Proven excellence in Customer Service
  • Very strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence and kindness
  • Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
  • Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights and weekends.
  • Competent trainer and motivator
  • Must be honest, trustworthy, reliable and lead with integrity and heart

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all studio operations including sales and customer service goal setting
  • Ensure our proprietary client service model is executed flawlessly
  • Lead all people aspects of the business including meeting objectives related to employee turnover, employee experience, recruiting, hiring and training
  • Model sales, customer service and other management duties in line with the Elements Massage system standards
  • Implementation and refinement of local studio policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives
  • Assist studio owners in setting and achieving profit goals for the entire studio, including daily, weekly and monthly targets
  • Consistently create a friendly environment for clients and team members by greeting, assisting and quickly responding to questions and needs
