We welcome and embrace diversity of background, thought and opinion while having a lot of fun along the way Job Overview: The Senior Studio Coordinator oversees set up and organization of merchandise for photo shoots at in-house photo studio. The Coordinator manages multiple sets per day and partners with the Creative team on talent selection for efficiency and quality and will create and manage shot lists along with tracking sheets for all samples within database. Schedules product assignments for shoots and works closely with vendors to accommodate scheduling requests. Troubleshoots daily for missing images.  Maintains day to day operations for the studio ensuring maximum productivity. Oversee the procurement, tracking and delivery of all photo samples..

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university
  • 5+ years related experience
  • Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner
  • Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically.   Expert level knowledge of database software
  • Excellent working knowledge of publishing and merchandising systems. 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs

Responsibilities

  • Independently assign item groupings to respective photo teams with considerations to talent, specialization, photography capacity and sample priorities. Create and manage changes to shot list each day
  • Partner with Studio Analyst to log accurate data on productivity and cost
  • Negotiate sample availability with buying office and vendors as needed to ensure samples are secured for shoot windows
  • Track inventory used for each project, keep accurate records of merchandise status. Maintain accurate data in DAM system for sample status and reporting
  • Partner with photo producers and creative teams to coordinate shoot planning
  • Formulate organization of all styling directives and be the voice to guide photo teams thru any ambiguity
  • Serve as a liaison between the photography group, merchandise groups and outside vendors for all acquisition and scheduling needs
