STUDIO ASSISTANT
About The Position
The Studio Assistant provides essential, hands on support, with a primary focus on in-house Ecom and JOOR photoshoots. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to work in a fast paced creative studio environment. The Studio Assistant plays a key role in the day-to-day success of photoshoots and studio operations by supporting pre-production, on set needs, sample flow, and general studio organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to production, studio workflows, and creative team collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring the studio and office spaces are organized, clean, well-stocked, and running smoothly at all times.
- Act as a point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and general studio communications, helping to create a welcoming, professional, and efficient studio environment.
- Provide administrative support to principals and staff, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, coordinating travel when needed, and assisting with general office tasks.
- Support operational workflows and studio processes under the guidance of the Ecom Producer and upper management.
- Assist with basic file management, including organizing, renaming, and maintaining photo assets according to internal naming conventions and systems.
- Play a critical role in coordinating the flow of samples between the studio, HQ, and other external teams.
- Support the Sample Coordinator with tracking, organizing, and maintaining samples before, during, and after photoshoots.
- Help ensure samples are properly labeled, stored, and returned in a timely and organized manner.
- Assist with inventory checks related to photoshoot samples as needed.
- Coordinate messenger services for sample pickups and drop-offs, ensuring timely delivery to and from the studio.
- Play a key role in style outs by photographing models and capturing look details (front/back, accessories, styling notes) for internal reference.
- Assist with photoshoot prep, including unpacking, organizing, and staging samples for efficient on-set use.
- Steam and prep garments before and during shoots, as needed, to ensure samples are camera-ready.
- Support the Ecom Producer, photographers, stylists, and creative team, helping keep shoots running on schedule.
- Assist with post-shoot wrap-up, including sample organization and return coordination.
