About The Position

We are seeking a Studies Project Manager to support participant recruitment across clinical and digital health studies. This role will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners (CROs, universities, research sites) to help drive enrollment and ensure studies stay on track.

• Familiarity with recruitment strategies targeting underserved or at-risk populations
• Exposure to IRB processes, participant consent workflows, or study compliance protocols
• Experience using project tracking tools
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams including clinical ops, legal, and marketing
• Comfortable giving structured feedback to vendors and escalating when performance lags

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with CROs, universities, and vendors to meet participant enrollment targets
• Track demographic-specific recruitment progress and escalate delays
• Review and route recruitment materials and marketing collateral for approval
• Lead meetings, business reviews, and partner check-ins
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and resolve recruitment bottlenecks
