As the Mine Studies Project Manager, you will lead a diverse, multidisciplinary team to define the requirements, strategy, and execution roadmap for restarting mining operations at Jerritt Canyon. You will oversee a core team of more than 12 members - including project managers, superintendents, geologists, permitting specialists, and other technical professionals – and will manage the selection and performance of multiple contractors and consultants. In this role, you will provide decisive leadership, clear communication, and strong coordination across all project workstreams while working closely with Jerritt Canyon site leadership. You will develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. You will ensure that all project activities are aligned, documented, and executed efficiently to support the safe, compliant, and timely restart of the operation.
