About The Position

The Student Worker provides temporary assistance to staff members within the Campus Planning + Design Department. Support may include clerical duties, data entry, and assistance with special projects related to campus planning, design documentation, and facilities records. This position is intended for a currently enrolled college student.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Must be currently enrolled as a College Student (Required)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office software programs (Required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Professional, dependable, and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel between Temple Health campuses

Responsibilities

• Scan hard copies of campus planning and design record drawings and convert documents to PDF format
• Name, organize, and maintain electronic files within appropriate network folders
• Provide clerical and data entry support to Campus Planning + Design staff
• Assist with field surveys and documentation as assigned
• Perform work at multiple Temple Health campuses as required
• Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned
