Position Summary The Student Worker provides temporary assistance to staff members within the Campus Planning + Design Department. Support may include clerical duties, data entry, and assistance with special projects related to campus planning, design documentation, and facilities records. This position is intended for a currently enrolled college student.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Must be currently enrolled as a College Student (Required)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office software programs (Required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional, dependable, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel between Temple Health campuses
Responsibilities
- Scan hard copies of campus planning and design record drawings and convert documents to PDF format
- Name, organize, and maintain electronic files within appropriate network folders
- Provide clerical and data entry support to Campus Planning + Design staff
- Assist with field surveys and documentation as assigned
- Perform work at multiple Temple Health campuses as required
- Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned
