The Advertising Operations Coordinator supports the daily workflow of the Baylor Lariat advertising office by coordinating ad scheduling, monitoring production progress, and ensuring client-ready advertising metrics are accurate and accessible. This role also conducts prospecting outreach to identify potential advertisers and expand the Lariat’s client base. In addition, the assistant maintains the advertising inbox, prepares weekly internal presentations, and collaborates with the Digital Operations Assistant and student sales manager to keep campaigns organized, deadlines on track, and communication flowing smoothly across the team.
