The Early Outreach Department consists of two key programs: Achieving a College Education (ACE), which supports first-generation and financially disadvantaged students in preparing for college success, and Hoop of Learning (HOL), a bridge program designed for Native American high school students. Both programs enable students to earn college credits while still in high school. The role of the ACE/HOL Student Success Coach is to provide college support services to students in the program. The Success Coach will serve as a program ambassador, offering valuable information about the various resources available to them. The candidate will provide support to ACE/HOL staff during presentations, workshops, and events on/off campus. This position will collaborate closely with internal departments such as Dual Enrollment, Counseling, Student Life, Tutoring Services, Library, and many others to ensure students have a successful experience.
