About The Position

Analytics Management-50% Research, evaluate, and report on course enrollment and course demand for Ivy graduate programs; provide financial recommendations and projections for scholarships, office budgets, case competitions, etc. Review and assist with data collection and reporting for national surveys, university reports and college administration. Manage admissions data and enrollment data for Masters of Accounting, Master of Finance, Master of Science Information Systems, Masters of Business Analytics, and associated concurrent and certificate programs; use analytics to create efficient degree plans and track enrollment trends. Analyze new online platforms to evaluate and compare technology and staff needs, including using Excel/Power BI to create dashboards for student advising, course registration, etc. Partner with faculty and academic departments to analyze labor market trends, ensuring curriculum alignment with employer needs and emerging industry demands with unit budgets. Conduct surveys and analyze feedback from students to improve services Incorporate data storytelling techniques to communicate impact to university leadership and accrediting bodies Admissions and Academic Advising-30% Academic Advisor for students in the professional masters programs and certificates (approximately 225 students), including Masters of Accounting, Master of Finance, Master of Science Information Systems, Masters of Business Analytics, and associated concurrent and certificate programs; provide expert guidance to students on course registration, degree requirements, and graduation. Serves on admission committee and processes admission applications for professional masters programs, including Masters of Accounting, Master of Finance, Master of Science Information Systems, Masters of Business Analytics, and associated concurrent and certificate programs Review and evaluate academic and professional preparedness of applicants in collaboration with the DOGE Communicate and enforce University and College policies and procedures, including maintaining and enforcing program handbooks Utilize student information systems technology to access, document, and retain student records along with word processing, spreadsheets, email, and web advising/data tools Support university procedures to course prerequisites, catalog policy, and university/college procedures Recruitment and Retention-10% Support the Director of Graduate Education and Department (DOGE) in marketing and recruitment of prospective students through events and programming, in collaboration with the graduate marketing coordinator Participate in graduate student orientation/onboarding programs and provide information and support to Ivy graduate prospective students Assist with implementation and duties associated with the graduate student communication plan for prospective, new, and current graduate students Assist with the management of international student recruitment partnerships, scholarships, and agency projects, including budgets and scholarships Collaborate as a team member with Graduate Programs staff and faculty on student events and activities as needed Teach BUSAD 5930, Business Specialty Masters Seminar-5% Coordinate and teach BUSAD 5930, Specialty Masters seminar course, in partnership with Ivy Graduate Career Services each semester Other duties as assigned-5%

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, Psychology/Sociology
  • 2-3 years of experience

  • Coordinate and teach BUSAD 5930, Specialty Masters seminar course, in partnership with Ivy Graduate Career Services each semester
