The Student Recruitment and Enrollment Coordinator will play a critical role in designing and implementing annual student recruitment and enrollment plans that align with the ISANA mission, values, and priorities. They will collaborate with the Student and Family Services Coordinators (SFSCs), School leaders, Central Office teams to ensure a comprehensive, coherent school strategy, including but not limited to, planning, data management, outreach, and marketing. They will work with all levels at the ISANA Central Offices and at our schools, as well as with families, students, community-based partners, and external stakeholders. Primary role of the Coordinator is to ensure that all ISANA schools are fully enrolled. The Coordinator will accomplish this by engaging with families and the community, increasing operational efficiency and effectiveness through the recruitment and enrollment process, analyzing trends to drive recruitment and enrollment decision making, and developing best practices. They will train and coach school team members on effective recruitment and enrollment strategies and implement new practices across the organization. The Coordinator will directly report to the Chief Operations Office and/or the Chief Executive Officer.
